Effective Date: August 2026
Last Updated: August 2026

1. Introduction

These Affiliate Program Terms (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the Quoni Affiliate Program (“Program”).

By applying to, registering for, or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms, together with the Quoni Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies published by Quoni.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Maintain an active account with Quoni.

Quoni reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates participate in the Program as independent contractors. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment relationship, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or fiduciary relationship between you and Quoni. Affiliates are solely responsible for their own marketing activities, taxes, legal compliance, and business operations.

4. Nature of the Affiliate Program

The Quoni Affiliate Program is a traditional affiliate marketing program.

Affiliates earn commissions solely for qualifying purchases generated through their own unique referral links or referral codes.

The Quoni Affiliate Program is not:

  • a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) program;

  • a Network Marketing program; or

  • any form of recruitment-based compensation program.

Affiliates do not receive commissions, bonuses, overrides, or other compensation for recruiting or referring additional affiliates into the Program.

Compensation is based exclusively on qualifying sales generated through the affiliate’s own promotional activities.

5. Qualifying Referrals

A qualifying referral is a purchase that:

  • Is completed through your unique referral link or referral code.

  • Has been successfully paid.

  • Is not cancelled, refunded, disputed, or reversed.

  • Complies with these Affiliate Terms.

  • Is not fraudulent or generated through prohibited activities.

Only verified qualifying purchases are eligible for commission payments.

6. Commission Payments

Commission rates are determined by Quoni and may vary depending on the products or services promoted.

Approved commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule established by Quoni.

Commissions become payable only after any applicable refund, cancellation, or payment dispute period has expired.

Quoni reserves the right to establish or modify:

  • commission rates;

  • payment schedules;

  • minimum payout thresholds;

  • eligible products or services; and

  • payout methods.

Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.

7. Taxes

Affiliates are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes arising from commissions received through the Program.

Quoni does not provide tax advice and accepts no responsibility for an affiliate’s tax obligations.

8. Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversed Transactions

If a referred purchase is:

  • refunded;

  • cancelled;

  • reversed;

  • disputed;

  • charged back; or

  • determined to be fraudulent,

Quoni may cancel, reverse, withhold, or deduct the corresponding commission from current or future affiliate payments.

9. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

  • Refer themselves for the purpose of earning commissions.

  • Create duplicate or fraudulent customer accounts.

  • Engage in deceptive or misleading advertising.

  • Make false or misleading income or earnings claims.

  • Misrepresent Quoni, its Platform, products, services, experts, or business opportunities.

  • Send unsolicited commercial communications (“spam”).

  • Use illegal marketing methods.

  • Violate intellectual property rights.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.

  • Engage in any activity that may damage the reputation of Quoni.

Violation of these Affiliate Terms may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

10. Brand Usage

Affiliates may use the logos, trademarks, and approved marketing materials provided by Quoni solely for the purpose of promoting the Platform.

Affiliates may not:

  • Modify official branding without permission.

  • Register confusingly similar domain names.

  • Create websites or social media accounts that impersonate Quoni.

  • Represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of Quoni.

Quoni may request the removal of any promotional material at any time.

11. Marketing Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all promotional activities comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and marketing laws.

Where required by applicable law, affiliates must clearly disclose that they may receive compensation for qualifying purchases generated through their referral links.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, trademarks, logos, branding, graphics, content, and other intellectual property associated with Quoni remain the exclusive property of Quoni.

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not grant affiliates any ownership rights or licenses except as expressly provided in these Affiliate Terms.

13. Suspension and Termination

Quoni reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time if it reasonably believes the affiliate has:

  • violated these Affiliate Terms;

  • engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct;

  • violated applicable laws; or

  • damaged the reputation or interests of Quoni.

Following termination, unpaid commissions associated with fraudulent, invalid, or non-compliant activities may be forfeited.

14. Program Changes

Quoni reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.

This includes, but is not limited to, changes to:

  • commission rates;

  • eligible products and services;

  • payout schedules;

  • qualification requirements;

  • Program features; and

  • operational procedures.

Material changes will become effective upon publication on the Platform or by other reasonable notice.

15. No Guarantee of Earnings

Participation in the Quoni Affiliate Program does not guarantee any level of income, commissions, or financial success.

Affiliate earnings depend on numerous factors, including individual marketing efforts, customer demand, market conditions, and other circumstances beyond the control of Quoni.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quoni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, commissions, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising out of or relating to participation in the Affiliate Program.

Quoni makes no guarantee that the Affiliate Program will operate without interruption, tracking errors, technical issues, or delays in payment.

17. Governing Law

These Affiliate Program Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws governing the legal entity operating Quoni, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Affiliate Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
