REFUND POLICY
Quoni FZ-LLC
Effective Date: 7 October 2026
Last Updated: 7 October 2026
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy explains the refund, cancellation and rescheduling rules applicable to products and services purchased through the Quoni website, mobile applications and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
The Platform is operated by Quoni FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company incorporated in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates, under Registration No. 0000004098197.
By purchasing a product or service through Quoni, you agree to this Refund Policy, any refund or cancellation terms specifically disclosed for the relevant Offering, and the Quoni Terms and Conditions.
Where an Offering is provided by an independent Expert, additional cancellation or refund terms established by that Expert may apply and will be displayed or communicated where applicable.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory refund, cancellation or consumer rights available under applicable law.
2. Digital Products and Digital Content
Digital products and digital content may include:
Online courses;
Masterclasses;
Digital downloads;
Templates;
Guides;
Educational materials;
Recordings; and
Other digital content.
Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable once access, streaming or downloading has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where applicable law requires a customer's prior consent or acknowledgement before a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right can be lost upon access to digital content, Quoni or the relevant Expert will request that consent or acknowledgement.
If mandatory law gives you a right to cancel or obtain a refund notwithstanding access to the digital content, those rights will apply.
This section does not prevent refunds where digital content is materially defective, materially misdescribed, inaccessible due to a problem attributable to Quoni or the relevant Expert, or where a refund is otherwise required by law.
3. Consultations and Coaching Sessions
Consultations and coaching sessions offered through Quoni are generally provided by independent Experts.
Experts may establish their own cancellation, rescheduling and refund policies, provided those policies comply with applicable law and Quoni's Platform rules.
The applicable terms should be displayed or communicated before purchase.
Unless different terms are disclosed for the relevant booking:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling;
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are generally non-refundable;
Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”) is generally non-refundable.
If the Expert cancels the session and a suitable rescheduled session cannot be agreed, the customer will generally be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the affected session.
Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
4. Courses Offered by Independent Experts
Experts are responsible for the content and delivery of their courses unless Quoni expressly identifies itself as the provider.
Any Offering-specific refund terms will be displayed or communicated before purchase where applicable.
Where no separate refund policy is stated, digital course purchases are generally non-refundable after access has begun, subject to applicable law and Section 2 of this Refund Policy.
If an Expert materially fails to provide the purchased course or the Offering is materially different from what was advertised, Quoni may investigate the matter and may facilitate a full or partial refund where appropriate.
5. Memberships and Communities
Memberships may provide access to communities, Experts, educational content, events, digital resources or other benefits.
Recurring membership fees are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period has started, except where:
Required by applicable law;
A specific refund guarantee was clearly offered at purchase;
Quoni approves a refund under an applicable promotion or Offering-specific policy; or
The purchased service has materially not been provided.
Members may cancel a recurring membership to prevent future renewals.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation does not automatically entitle the member to a refund for the current billing period, and access may continue until the end of that paid period.
Any specific membership guarantee or refund period displayed at the time of purchase will apply in addition to this Policy.
6. Events
Different cancellation conditions may be displayed for individual events. Where specific event terms are provided, those terms apply to that event.
Unless otherwise stated, for live events organised directly by Quoni:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event may be eligible for a full refund, less non-recoverable costs or fees where legally permitted;
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are generally non-refundable;
Tickets may be transferable with Quoni's approval where permitted.
If Quoni cancels an event, customers will generally be offered either:
A refund of the amount paid to Quoni for the affected event; or
The option to transfer the booking or credit to another event.
Where an event is merely listed on Quoni but organised and provided by an independent Expert or third party, that provider's disclosed cancellation and refund terms may apply.
Quoni does not guarantee reimbursement of independently incurred travel, accommodation, visa or other personal expenses unless Quoni expressly agreed otherwise or reimbursement is required by law.
7. Retreats
Retreats involve advance reservations, accommodation, venues, suppliers and other commitments. Specific retreat terms may therefore apply and will prevail where clearly disclosed before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
Deposits are generally non-refundable, to the extent permitted by law;
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat may be eligible for a partial refund after deduction of non-recoverable costs;
Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat are generally non-refundable.
If Quoni organises and subsequently cancels a retreat, participants will generally be offered either:
A refund of amounts paid to Quoni for the affected retreat; or
The option to transfer their booking or credit to another retreat.
Where a retreat is organised by an independent Expert or third party, the terms disclosed for that retreat may apply.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Quoni is not responsible for independently booked flights, accommodation, visas, insurance, transportation or other personal expenses resulting from a cancellation, postponement or change, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Customers are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance for retreats requiring travel.
8. Subscription and Membership Renewals
Recurring subscriptions and memberships renew at the frequency and price disclosed at purchase until cancelled.
Customers are responsible for cancelling before the applicable renewal date if they do not wish to renew.
A cancellation applies to future renewals and does not ordinarily result in a refund of an already processed renewal.
Refunds are generally not provided solely because a customer:
Forgot to cancel;
Did not use the membership or subscription;
Did not access available content; or
Changed their mind after renewal.
However, any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, renewal or refund rights under applicable law will continue to apply.
Where legally required, Quoni will provide appropriate renewal notices and cancellation mechanisms.
9. Promotional Refund Guarantees
Quoni or an Expert may occasionally offer a specific refund guarantee, trial period or promotional cancellation right.
Where such a guarantee is clearly displayed at the time of purchase, its stated conditions and time limits apply to that Offering.
A promotional refund guarantee does not alter the refund rules for other Offerings.
10. Affiliate Commissions
Affiliate commissions are subject to validation and the Quoni Affiliate Program Terms.
If an underlying purchase is refunded, cancelled, disputed, charged back, reversed or determined to be fraudulent, the associated Affiliate commission may be cancelled, reduced, withheld or recovered.
A refund to a customer therefore does not create an obligation for Quoni to pay an Affiliate commission relating to that refunded transaction.
11. Fraud, Abuse and Misuse
Quoni may investigate refund requests where there is reasonable evidence of:
Fraud;
Material misrepresentation;
Repeated or abusive refund requests;
Deliberate misuse of digital content;
Bad-faith payment disputes;
Manipulation of Affiliate or referral systems; or
Material violations of the Quoni Terms and Conditions.
Where legally permitted, Quoni may refuse a refund request that is fraudulent or abusive.
Accounts involved in fraud or serious misuse may also be restricted, suspended or terminated in accordance with the Quoni Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in this section permits Quoni to refuse a refund or remedy that a customer is legally entitled to receive.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Quoni before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Quoni may provide the relevant payment provider or financial institution with information reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute, including transaction records, acceptance of applicable terms, communications, login or access records and evidence of service delivery.
Where reasonably necessary and legally permitted, Quoni may temporarily restrict access to the disputed Offering while the payment dispute is being investigated.
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically create a right to a refund and does not eliminate any payment obligation where the transaction was valid.
Quoni will not penalise a customer merely for exercising a legitimate statutory or contractual right to dispute a payment.
13. Refunds Following Expert Cancellation or Non-Delivery
If an Expert cancels an Offering, fails to provide it, or materially fails to deliver what was purchased, Quoni may:
Arrange a replacement or rescheduling;
Offer Platform credit where accepted by the customer;
Issue or facilitate a full or partial refund; or
Take another reasonable remedial action.
Where mandatory law entitles the customer to a monetary refund, Platform credit will not replace that right unless the customer voluntarily agrees.
Quoni may recover refunded amounts and associated costs from the responsible Expert in accordance with the Expert and Creator Terms.
14. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
The amount refunded may be subject to deductions only where permitted by the applicable terms and applicable law.
Once Quoni or its payment provider has initiated a refund, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account depends on the payment method, payment processor, bank and financial institution.
Quoni cannot guarantee the processing time of a third-party bank or payment provider.
Currency-conversion differences or third-party banking charges may affect the final amount received where permitted by applicable law.
15. Purchases Through Apple, Google or Other Third-Party Platforms
Certain purchases may be processed directly by an app store or another third-party marketplace rather than directly by Quoni.
Where the third party is responsible for billing and refunds, refund requests may need to be submitted directly to that provider and will be subject to its applicable refund procedures and mandatory consumer law.
Quoni cannot directly issue a refund for a transaction where the relevant third-party platform exclusively controls the payment and refund process.
16. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Depending on the customer's country or place of residence, mandatory consumer protection laws may provide additional cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, refund or other rights.
Where a provision of this Refund Policy conflicts with mandatory applicable consumer law, the mandatory law will prevail to the extent of that conflict.
17. Relationship With Other Quoni Terms
This Refund Policy forms part of Quoni's Platform policies and should be read together with the:
Quoni Terms and Conditions;
Expert and Creator Terms, where applicable;
Affiliate Program Terms, where applicable; and
Offering-specific terms presented before purchase.
Where an Offering has specific cancellation or refund conditions clearly disclosed before purchase, those conditions apply to that Offering, subject always to mandatory applicable law.
18. Changes to This Refund Policy
Quoni may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to its services, business practices, payment arrangements or legal requirements.
Changes will apply prospectively from the stated effective date.
Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
A change to this Refund Policy will not retroactively remove a refund or cancellation right that had already arisen under the terms applicable to a completed purchase.
