Quoni is a technology platform that enables independent experts to create, market and sell educational services and digital products.

Quoni is not the provider of expert services.

Experts operate independently.

3. Eligibility

Users must:

  • comply with applicable laws

  • maintain account security

4. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • passwords

  • account activity

  • keeping information up to date

Quoni may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse or violations.

5. Expert Accounts

Experts may offer:

  • Courses

  • Coaching

  • Mentorship

  • Communities

  • Consultations

  • Events

  • Retreats

  • Digital Downloads

Experts remain solely responsible for:

  • pricing

  • descriptions

  • qualifications

  • delivery

  • legal compliance

  • taxes

  • customer support

6. Independent Expert Disclaimer

Experts are independent businesses.

Quoni:

  • does not employ experts

  • does not supervise experts

  • does not guarantee qualifications

  • does not verify every claim

  • does not guarantee outcomes

Users purchase directly from independent experts using Quoni’s infrastructure.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through licensed third-party payment providers.

Quoni never stores payment card information.

Payment providers may include:

  • Stripe

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

8. Expert Payouts

Experts receive payouts according to the published payout schedule.

Quoni deducts:

  • platform commissions

  • payment processing costs

  • applicable fees

before payouts.

9. Refund Policy

Unless stated otherwise:

Digital Products: Generally non-refundable once accessed.

Consultations: Refunds depend on the cancellation policy of the expert.

Events: May have separate cancellation policies.

Retreats: Governed by separate retreat terms.

Memberships: Renew automatically unless cancelled.

10. Memberships

Memberships renew automatically. Members may cancel future renewals. Already-paid subscription periods remain non-refundable unless required by law.

11. Affiliate Program

Affiliates earn commissions according to the Affiliate Agreement.

Quoni may:

  • reject affiliates

  • reverse fraudulent commissions

  • suspend affiliate accounts

12. User Generated Content

Users retain ownership of uploaded content.

By uploading content users grant Quoni a worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • display

  • market

  • distribute

  • reproduce

the content solely for operating the platform.

13. Intellectual Property

All Quoni software, branding, logos, graphics, UI, trademarks and platform infrastructure remain the exclusive property of Quoni.

Users may not:

  • copy

  • reverse engineer

  • scrape

  • resell

  • modify

without permission.

14. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

  • upload illegal material

  • harass others

  • spam

  • exploit bugs

  • impersonate others

  • distribute malware

  • infringe copyrights

15. Community Guidelines

Quoni may remove:

  • communities

  • accounts

without notice.

16. Reviews

Users may leave reviews.

Fake or manipulated reviews may be removed.

17. Events & Retreats

Events may be postponed or cancelled. Schedules, speakers and locations may change. Travel expenses remain the responsibility of participants unless otherwise agreed.

Quoni provides technology infrastructure. Transactions occur between users and independent experts. Quoni is not responsible for:

  • expert performance

  • service quality

  • accuracy of advice

  • customer disputes

  • Meta

  • YouTube

Quoni is not responsible for third-party availability.

22. Privacy
